Free Great Britain Delivery Over £50

Spend over £50 and delivery is free across the UK— automatically applied at checkout. Orders under £50 will have delivery calculated at checkout.

Dispatch Time

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday).

Royal Mail Delivery

We ship orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

As a guide, delivery is usually 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally vary due to Royal Mail network delays.

Tracking

Because we use Tracked 48, you’ll receive your tracking details by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

A Quick Note About Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly and a parcel is returned to us, you may need to cover the cost of reshipping.

Returns Q&A

Return Window

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition, with any tags/packaging still intact
  • Free from marks, odors, pet hair, deodorant marks, or perfume

We recommend trying items on indoors, gently, and over underwear.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email us at info@fyness.co with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • The reason for the return (this helps us improve)

We’ll reply with the return instructions.

Please don’t send anything back until you’ve contacted us first, so we can make sure it goes to the correct returns address.

Return Postage


Return postage is paid by the customer.

We recommend using a tracked service, so you have proof of postage.

Refunds

Once your return arrives back with us and is inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method.Please allow up to 5–10 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Exchanges

At the moment, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, the simplest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order (stock permitting).

Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please email info@fyness.co with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
